2017 Benefit Dinner

Who knew turning 35 could be so much fun!! Well, fun we had in abundance last week at our second annual Benefit Dinner!​

We started the evening with socializing and the opportunity to participate in a Wine Pull, buy raffle tickets to awesome prizes, or participate in the Silent Auction for great items, including an autographed Jose Altuve jersey!

We followed this by a delicious and elegant dinner while listening to the talented Virtuosi of Houston Young Artists Chamber Orchestra. 

We honored the legacy of Peg Dudar, our Founder and the impact of volunteers Ruth and Van Penrod; and Mark Brown, our CEO and Guest Speaker, touched us with his eloquent and moving speech. The surprise of the night was the presentation of an award to recognize 15 years of service by Sonya Scott, our COO!
