Diana Seifert is the Director of Development at West Houston Assistance Ministries, Inc. She was hired in April 2010 to help raises funds for the newly launched million dollar Capital Campaign.  Diana serves as a member of  WHAM’s Executive Team and oversees the Development/Public Relations Department.

Diana began her fundraising career in 1997 as a receptionist in the Department of Development at Baylor College of Medicine.  By the time she left Baylor in 2004, she had been promoted to Development Associate. In 2005, she became the Director of Development for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston. She was able to touch the lives of many at-risk youths by cultivating relationships and raising money to help the organization expand within Fort Bend and Galveston counties.  In 2009, Diana was recruited to join the development team at DePelchin Children’s Center, where she led a team of six people to raise $2.4 million.

While employed at West Houston Assistance Ministries, Diana received her Master’s in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.  She is also a graduate of the 2011 West Houston Leadership Institute. This is a 10-month groundbreaking, leadership program sponsored by the West Houston Chamber of Commerce.  She is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and attends Spring Baptist Church. In her spare time, Diana enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters.
